At Karatcart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Log into your Karatcart account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags, certificates, and promotional materials that were included in the initial shipment.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
